Meetings of the LEPC Committee are open to the public and comply with all provisions of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code (Sunshine Law).”

The next meeting of the Scioto County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) will be at 12:30 PM on Thursday, April 25, 2024 in the conference room of the Scioto County Department of Job & Family Services, 710 Court Street, Portsmouth, Ohio.

All LEPC members and the public are invited to attend.
